Dear Parents,

Happy May! We are anxiously waiting the beginning of summer and cannot wait for all of the fun that the warmer weather brings! Thank you so much for all of the eggs, candy and snacks that were provided for our Spring Egg Hunt and parties. We truly appreciate each of you and all of the support that you provide.  Our Ladybug release was also a huge success and we look forward to it becoming one of our annual events!   Everyone had a great time marching in the Ladybug Parade and showing off their ladybug fashions.

Everyone has successfully registered for their PIN and are utilizing the electronic sign in/out system!  We are pleased to have the opportunity to provide this for our families.  Remember, if you have someone new that needs to be added to your pick-up list please have them drop by, verify their identity and set up their pin and picture ID.

Just a few reminders:

• Spare clothing: With the seasons changing please be sure your child(ren) have a spare set of seasonally appropriate clothes in their cubby.
• Tuition must be paid weekly.  Tuition must be received each Monday for that week. A late fee of $30.00 will be issued to those with outstanding balances every Wednesday morning. You may, of course, elect to pay several weeks in advance as well. We also offer the ability to set up to have your bank account drafted automatically each week or bill a credit card automatically if you choose. Please check with management about our automated payment processes.
• Free week of tuition! Did you know that if you refer a family to us and they enroll, you are eligible to receive a free week of tuition once the family completes three months of enrollment.
• Summer is almost here, so don’t forget the sunscreen and insect repellent for your child! We will need to have a current permission slip on record also.
• Please don’t forget to sign your child in before you take them to class and out when you are heading out the front door with your child(ren). Thank you so much for your cooperation! This guideline is in effect for licensing purposes and for your child’s safety.
• Monday, May 29^th Xplor will be CLOSED for Memorial Day!
