A Note from Our Principal,
Thank you so much to all of the parents who attended our Mother’s Day celebrations last month. It was wonderful to get to see all of you and recognize all that you do for your children each day. We also want to thank you for helping to make our teachers feel special during Teacher Appreciation Week. There are so many fun activities going on here during the month of June as we officially kick off summer and we can’t wait to share them with your children.
Thank you again for your time and support. We are looking forward to spending an amazing summer with your children!
Sincerely,
Lauren Young
Summer Safety
Many of the special events and activities we have planned for this summer are outdoors. Whether it’s a nature walk or a splash day, sunscreen is needed to ensure that everyone has a good time. If you’ve not already done so, please put a labeled container of sunscreen in your child’s cubby.
Splash Day
We will have Splash Day once a month for our preschool aged students. On these days they will need to bring with them a swimsuit, a shirt that can get wet, water shoes, a towel, and swim diaper if applicable. Each year our students look forward to these special days and we can’t wait to share the fun photos with you through Links 2 Home!
School-Age Field Trips and Events
Links 2 Home is just one of the ways to keep on track with field trip times and requirements. Please ensure that you are signing the field trip permission slips prior to your child’s field trip. This will ensure that they are allowed to participate in all of our off-site trips.
