A Note From Our Principal
February has been a great month! Everyone is staying busy and we’re looking forward to the spring weather coming so that we can spend more time outside! All the rain we’ve been getting lately may be making everyone a little antsy, but I know it’s just preparing for an amazing spring!
I want to say “thank you” to everyone who made it out to our family game night! We had a blast and got to know a few new friends as well as hanging out with a few old friends playing games like Trouble, Connect Four, sensory activities and more! We’re looking forward to hosting more family and community activities in the coming months so be on the lookout for details on our next family event.
This week wraps up our Scholastic Book Fair. Make sure you take a minute to stop by and check out the books and your child’s classroom wish list. We set the bar high this year with a goal of $1500 in sales! For every dollar sold, Scholastic gives back to the school so that we can purchase books and classroom equipment to use in the classrooms and help enhance your child’s daily experiences.
This Saturday, March 3rd, we will be hanging out with our new friends at AquaKids Swim School to celebrate their grand opening! They are currently offering free registration to all Xplor families. This Saturday, we’ll have our booth out ready to play from 10am-4pm. Come see us!
Early Registration for 2018-2019 will be here March 19th – April 6th. With the recent growth in the school, spots are limited so please take advantage of the 50% OFF priority registration to ensure your child has a place saved in their new classroom. We will send out a letter and the new tuition rates before early registration starts on March 19th.
If you have any questions or need anything at all, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Hannah McGlothlin, Principal
