A Note From Our Principal
February has been a great month! Everyone is staying busy and we’re looking forward to the spring weather coming so that we can spend more time outside! All the rain we’ve been getting lately may be making everyone a little antsy, but I know it’s just preparing for an amazing spring!
I want to say “thank you” to everyone who made it out to our family game night! We had a blast and got to know a few new friends as well as hanging out with a few old friends playing games like Trouble, Connect Four, sensory activities and more! We’re looking forward to hosting more family and community activities in the coming months so be on the lookout for details on our next family event.
This week wraps up our Scholastic Book Fair. Make sure you take a minute to stop by and check out the books and your child’s classroom wish list. We set the bar high this year with a goal of $1500 in sales! For every dollar sold, Scholastic gives back to the school so that we can purchase books and classroom equipment to use in the classrooms and help enhance your child’s daily experiences.
This Saturday, March 3rd, we will be hanging out with our new friends at AquaKids Swim School to celebrate their grand opening! They are currently offering free registration to all Xplor families. This Saturday, we’ll have our booth out ready to play from 10am-4pm. Come see us!
Early Registration for 2018-2019 will be here March 19th – April 6th. With the recent growth in the school, spots are limited so please take advantage of the 50% OFF priority registration to ensure your child has a place saved in their new classroom. We will send out a letter and the new tuition rates before early registration starts on March 19th.
If you have any questions or need anything at all, please let me know.

The purpose of our sick policy is to reduce the spread of illness among our students and to encourage full recuperation of sick children before they return to school. We depend on parents to assist us in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all of our children.
Children may be sent home if they have any concerning symptoms. Also, a child must be free of all of these symptoms for at least 24 hours before he/she can return to school. These symptoms include:
- A Fever of 100 degrees or more
- Vomiting within the previous 24-hour period
- Diarrhea within the previous 24-hour period
- Symptoms of a communicable disease
- Fussy, cranky behavior and not himself/ herself
Following an illness, a child may return to school once he/she has either been seen by a doctor or it has been determined that illness is not contagious. (A doctor’s clearance may be requested.) Please help us keep all of our children healthy by following these rules. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you for your support!
Tuition is due on Monday of every week. Accounts not paid in full by 12:00 pm Wednesday will receive a late fee of $25. If tuition is not paid in full by the Monday of the following week, your child may not attend until the balance is paid in its entirety. Failure to comply with tuition policies will result in a notice of dis-enrollment. If you’d like to sign up for our ACH program, which automatically pulls your monthly tuition from the account of your choice the Tuesday of each week, just let us know, and we will help get you enrolled either online in your ALMA portal or at the school.
ANCILLARY PROGRAMS FEES:
If your child is signed up to attend a specific enrichment program, the monthly fee must be paid in full the first week of every month, or your child may not attend the second week. Please understand, we are obligated to pay our physical fitness vendors promptly for their services. Credits will not be issued for missed classes due to absence or non-payment
