A Note from Our Principal,
Dear Parents,
The thermometer is reading 95 today, which means summer has officially arrived here in Texas! I cannot believe that this school year has come and gone! We are so excited about all the fun things we have planned for our kiddos this summer! Our school age summer camp is looking to be the best one yet! We are doing a lot of new things and we think you are all going to love it! We also have a lot of fun stuff planned for our preschool kiddos as well, since they cannot go on field trips we are going to bring all of the fun to them right here inside our walls!
With the summer heat comes the sunblock and bug spray so please make sure to bring a new bottle of each for your child to use here with us. We ask that you apply both in the morning before dropping off and then we will reapply in the afternoon. Summer also means Splash Days are back! Splash Days will be every other Friday with the first one on June 15th! You will need to make sure you bring all of the necessary items for your child to participate in Splash Day. Those items are: bathing suit, swim diaper (if not potty trained), towel, water shoes (Crocs are not allowed!) a bag for wet items, and a dry change of clothes. If your child does not have all of the proper items they will not be able to participate in Splash Day!
I hope that you have all had the opportunity to meet all of the new members of our team! Most recently we have had the following addition to our team:
Charrie Sanders is our new morning floater, she will be helping out in all of the classrooms at various times.
We are continuing to grow in an effort to give your children the best care possible!
I hope everyone has a wonderful month!
Sincerely,
Crystal Hipsher
