A Note From Our Principal,
We had a wonderful summer but are thrilled to be kicking off a new school year with all of our families and students. Our teachers have been working hard all summer to ensure that this is a productive and fun year for each of our classrooms. To ensure that everyone is off to a great start, we’ve included some important reminders below. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Tiffany Richards

Links 2 Home
If you’re not currently receiving photos and daily reports for your child you can easily change this by downloading the Links 2 Home app on your phone. Just type ‘Links 2 Home’ in the search bar for the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading Links 2 Home you can register with the same email address that you used to enroll your child in our school. Links 2 Home allows for you to be a part of your students day! You will receive photos and an end of day daily report that shows their meals, potty/ diapers, naps and classroom learning from the day.
Security Reminders
With so many new families starting in the fall this is a great time to review security procedures. We will be changing the door code soon, so look for our notification for that. Where are the check in/out iPads located? We have one in the front office and one by the school age entrance. Each parent should have a PIN created by them to use. If you haven’t set up your PIN please see the front office.
Vision/ Hearing Screening
All PreK students are required by the state of Texas to have a vision and hearing screening at the start of the school year. For many families a pediatrician will do this during your 4 year old checkup. If your child has had this done, please bring a copy of their results to the front office by September 21st. For all those who have not had this done, Metroplex Education Associates will be here September 26th, and will do the screening for $16. Please let us know if your child will need it done..
Parents Night Out!
On Friday, September 28th we will be on hand to care for your children while you enjoy a date night, run errands or just enjoy some much needed ‘me’ time. For an additional $40($50 for two) your child can stay with us from pick-up until 10:30 pm. We will provide a dinner and activities. Older children will enjoy popcorn and a movie in the school-age classroom. Children normally in the infant and toddler classrooms will enjoy music and then quiet time in their regular classrooms. A sign-up sheet will be at the front desk Monday Sept. 24th. Please sign-up by September 26th so we can staff accordingly.
