Note from the Principal
We are so thankful for our families and staff and cannot wait to spend the month ahead sharing and celebrating with each of you. Thank you to all who participated in our Halloween activities last month and for allowing us to share in this fun tradition with you and your children. We had a wonderful time this past month and raised $300.00 from the pumpkin auction. Our School Age children will start to plan a field trip down to the Texas Oncology Center to donate the funds. Looking into November please make sure you join us for all of the fun family connection activities we have planned this month.
With the holidays approaching it is not uncommon for visiting family members to stop in to pick-up students as a surprise. While we always love meeting our students grandparents, aunts, uncles, and siblings we do want to remind you all that anyone picking up a student must be listed as an authorized pick-up or we must be notified in advance. Visitors that are new to our school and not accompanied by a parent are expected to show a government issued photo ID.

Fall is a great time to go through your child’s cubby and ensure they have the items needs to comfortably enjoy the coming months. Students should have a full change of clothes that includes: pants, a long-sleeved shirt, socks, and underwear. Please be sure to label all clothing items and jackets with your child’s name or initials.
On November 4th from 10:00am-1:00pm we will host a Fall Festival and hope to see you all there. We will be having a pancake feed along with games and prizes in each of our classrooms!
Love our school? Share your review
In today’s connected world, many families turn to online reviews to learn more about the reputation of schools. That is why we are asking you to take a few minutes to visit one of the review websites and share the wonderful experiences you have had with our school.
Professional Development Day Reminder
Xplor is committed to giving our teachers the best trainings that are suited for the age group that they teach. It is vital that they stay informed of new techniques while refreshing and sharpening the skills that they already. To provide them this training we have two Professional Development Days in which our Preschool Program (Infants through Pre-K 2) will be closed. Our second Professional Development Day is next month, November 10th. Please make your calendars to make other arrangements for care that day. Our School Age Program will be open as normal for before and after school transportation.
