Please review the reminders below carefully so we can make the most of our time together over the next few months. As always, our administrative team is here to answer any questions you may have.

Fall Cubby Refresh
It’s finally starting to get cooler and we are planning extra outdoor time to take full advantage of the fall season. Please make sure your child has a weather appropriate change of clothes in their cubby and outerwear when applicable.
COVID Safety Reminders
For morning drop off:
- We are asking all families to wait outside of the main door next to a cone or in your car until a cone is available. Please remember to maintain 6 feet of space between you and other families.
- We will then greet you at the external door, ask your student(s) to walk to the door, and complete the COVID screening at the external door.
- This means we will not have any families entering our schools interior entryway and all families will remain outside of the building. Only students and teachers will be permitted entry.
We are asking parents/guardians to remain at the cones and to send their child to the door when asked to maintain 6 feet of distance from you and our staff. Exceptions will be made for non-walking and infant families.
For afternoon pick up:
- We are asking all families to wait outside of the main door next to a cone or in your car until a cone is available. Please remember to maintain 6 feet of space between you and other families.
- We are able to see via the front door on who is here as well as through the camera. However, please ring the doorbell if you are waiting or give us a call and we will get to you as fast as possible.
- We will then greet you at the external door with your student and have them walk right to you; exceptions made for non-walking and infant families.
- This means we will not have any families entering our schools interior entryway and all families will remain outside of the building. Only students and teachers will be permitted entry.
Please do not forget to wear your mask during pick up and drop off. We will work as fast as we can to complete screenings in the morning and then to bring your child to you in the afternoon.
Thank you for your understanding and partnership as we continue to navigate this ever-changing situation. We are doing everything we can to keep you, your child(ren), and our staff as safe and healthy as possible.
