Through learning, service, and shared moments, students are exploring what it means to be part of our nation’s story. Learning About the American Flag Our Xplor Mansfield students enjoyed a special patriotic lesson all about the American flag! Through age-appropriate discussions and hands-on activities, students learned that the stars represent our states and the stripes honor the original colonies. Along the way, they practiced listening skills, explored early social studies concepts, and learned what it means to show respect for national symbols. It was a wonderful way to spark curiosity, build understanding, and learn together with pride. Creativity was shining bright at our Parkwood Fort Worth campus! Using star-shaped stamps, children pressed, dipped, and stamped their designs onto paper, watching their artwork come to life. Younger learners enjoyed exploring colors, textures, and the creative process, while older students practiced following directions and recognizing shapes and colors. The red and blue paints helped introduce early ideas of patriotism in a meaningful, age-appropriate way. We loved seeing the children’s excitement and confidence as they created their star-filled masterpieces! Starting the Day with Purpose Each morning, Pre-Kindergarten students at our Corinth and Timberland Fort Worth campuses recite the Pledge of Allegiance. As we celebrate America’s 250 years of history, this daily tradition helps build unity, respect, and a shared sense of purpose. With the guidance of caring teachers, students are learning the importance of community and citizenship in a way that’s meaningful and age-appropriate. A powerful start to the day, and a special moment to share together!
