A Note From Our Principal
Spring has sprung here at Xplor West Rayford! I hope everyone has had the opportunity to get outside and enjoy some of the beautiful weather we’ve been having recently! Take advantage now as we all know in just a few short weeks the hot weather will be here! We are really excited about what is happening within our walls here at Xplor West Rayford! New life is blossoming in all of our classrooms and we can’t wait to see what’s to come this month! We have lots of fun activities planned for everyone so make sure to click on the monthly calendar and check out what we have planned. We have lots of new faces joining our family so make sure to take a moment and say hello to everyone! Hopefully most of you have had an opportunity to meet our new admin team, Ms. LaToya Jones and Ms. Roseanne Pararuan. I am so excited to have them on my team! Their email address are latoya.jones@xplorpreschool.com and roseanne.pararuan@xplorpreschool.com. They are ready and able answer any parent questions and assist with anything you may need so feel free to reach out to them!

Reminder of Operating Hours
This is just a friendly reminder to all families about our hours of operation. We begin receiving children at 6:30 am, we are not permitted to accept any children into the building prior to 6:30 am.
Our classrooms start their daily lessons at 9:15 am so it is advised that your child arrive by that time in order to participate and be able to engage in their morning curriculum and activities.
Our day ends at 6:30 pm and all children are required to be picked up by 6:30 pm. We understand that situations happen and from time to time you may be late arriving for pick up, we ask that you call to notify management so that they are prepared.
Those children not picked up by 6:30 pm will be brought to the front lobby and will sit with the closing manager so that the teachers are able to clean their rooms and leave for the evening. There will also be a late pickup fee of $1 per minute for every minute after 6:30 pm that your children are in the building.
Extra Clothing Reminder
If you’ve not already done so, please check your child’s cubby to ensure they have an extra set of weather appropriate clothes. With the season changing we want to make sure that we have appropriate clothing in cubbies for students. We would prefer that parents bring at least two extra outfits for each student. We also want to make sure that students have proper shoes for going outside and playing on the playground!
Important Dates
Tuesday April 2nd: Light it up “Blue” for Autism, all students are encouraged to wear blue
Wednesday April 10th: We go “bananas” for our parents! We will have bananas and juice in the lobby for our parents
